As the new Chichi of your tribe, you will have a lot of responsiblities on your shoulders. While you do have some power behind you, with them comes decisions you must make. Whether your tribe will approve of those decisions is yet to be seen. But nonetheless, the first of these decisions comes right now.
As you know, there are some "other" roles to fill. Allow me to reveal those roles now:
The Ani (Big Brother)
The strength of the tribe. He will compete in every challenge no matter what. They will never sit out. They will also always be responsible for breaking ties if a competition requires a tiebreaker. Due to their importance in challenges, they will earn $200 for each Immunity win as opposed to the standard $100.
The Ototo (Little Brother)
The weak link of the tribe. The tribe will have no faith in his competing skills, so he never will compete. He will sit in the "children's corner" with the younger sister of the other tribe for each one. He will also never go to Exile. They will never earn money unless someone gives him some. However, on a more positive note, he can also not be voted out and will have Immunity for each Tribal Council.
The people who fill these roles will be decided by you. I would like for you to name who Chichijima's Ani and Ototo will be in this thread. You may discuss this decision with your tribemates if you wish.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
So what's all this Survivor Bucks talk about? This season marks the return of a money system, something I've used in two past Big Brother games. For every challenge your tribe wins, each member wins $100. Money you earn throughout the game will be extremely useful in an auction challenge later on in the game, where you will have a chance to win some game changer prizes. Right now, your tribe has a bank balance of $1000. That's enough to give $100 to each member of your tribe, which would probably be the most fair. But hey, I'm not the one making decisions here. That's your job. You're in control of the $1000 right now and will be responsible for distributing the money.
However...
You have a one time only chance to spend some of the money now. Might as well make use of it, right? Or... perhaps you'd rather give it to your tribe mates? What say you, daddy-o?

Tribe Exclusive Embedded Chat - $50
Tired of your tribe mates neglecting AIM? Get a nifty embedded chat right into your tribe camp for quick IMing features right on the board!
Diss Grenade: Pirates! - $100
Someone on the other tribe grinding your gears? Why not throw them a Diss Grenade?! This diss, which lasts for this first round, will force them to talk like a pirate anytime they post. ARRRR!
Medical Kit - $150
This one time use medical kit will come in handy during live challenges. One of your tribe members go missing? Is everyone waiting around tapping their feet in impatience for this person to do their shit?! Well with this medical kit, you can take your inactive peon out of the challenge and replace him with another member of the tribe (who'll have to pull double duty)!
Advantage Token - $200
Your tribe will get a small advantage in the next challenge! If both of you buy this, both tribes will have a small advantage! Which means nobody has an advantage. That'd suck, wouldn't it?
Exile Boat - $250
This boat will allow you to travel to Exile Island anytime you want for one time only! Exile Island, as we know, houses the powerful Hidden Immunity Idol. Anyone who uses this boat will have 24 hours to do what they can to find the idol. You can buy this for the tribe or for your own selfish reasons!
Place of Worship - $300
You're awesome, you know that? So awesome, we're willing to rename the game after you, give you your own personal avatar, personal board theme and name an upcoming challenge after you. For a price, of course.
Tribal Council RSVP - $400
Ever wonder what is going on at the other camp? Well get a good idea as you will be able to sit in on the other tribe's Tribal Councils for the rest of the game!
Immunity - $500
Immunity is important in this game and this necklace will guarantee that you stay no matter what in your first Tribal Council visit. Selfish, sure... but hey, is it worth it?
Not-So-Hidden Immunity Idol - $1000
You'll publicly get a "Hidden" Immunity Idol after publicly draining the entire tribe's bank account. You're..... you're not THAT selfish are you? Then again, when will you ever get a chance to just take a HII?
In the same post that you decide who your Ani and Ototo is, list what you are buying from the store as well. If nothing, make a note of that.
