COME ON IN, GUYS!
Well, well, well. After what seems like an eternity, our first challenge is finally here. First, allow me to formally announce how our tribal parents chose to deal with their tribes. Let me remind you all of what our two new "roles" to the family are. We have our Ane and Ani and our Imoto and Ototo. This simply translates to Big Brother & Sister, Little Brother & Sister.
The elder siblings will be our resident challenge threats. They will compete in every challenge no matter what. They will never sit out. They will also always be responsible for breaking ties if a competition requires a tiebreaker. Due to their importance in challenges, they will earn $200 for each Immunity win as opposed to the standard $100.
Dreamz and Brianna -- you were elected Elder Siblings by your respective parent figure. Congratulations, but you both have a large responsibility on your shoulders. I hope you're both prepared to compete.
And for our children, well, say hello to the weaklings. The tribe will have no faith in their competing skills, so they never will compete. They will sit in the "children's corner" with their fellow young'n of the other tribe. They will also never go to Exile. They will never earn money unless someone gives them some. However, on a more positive note, they can also not be voted out and will have Immunity for each Tribal Council.
Fairplay and K-Purpz --- well... at least you're immune. For now. But it's time to get this challenge started, so leave it to the adults. Go sit in the children's corner.
In addition....
Both parents had the opportunity to visit the Survivor Store with their start-out balance of $1000. Let's see how both chose to spend their money.
Tyson purchased the Medical Kit, Tribal Council RSVP and Immunity Advantage.
Alexis purchased the Medical Kit.
As you can see, the guys have an advantage. More on that shortly.
Now, that all out of the way, here's how it'll work...
You will be competing in "heats" against members of the other tribe. In total, there will be 9 very different tasks for you to do. Each task will be delegated to a single member of the tribe. These tasks will vary accordingly:
DRAWING
WRITING
MAZE
PUZZLE
POSTING
COUNTING
ATTENTION WHORING
SOCIAL
TRIVIA
When ready, pick one of these categories and contact me on AIM (URTVKC). Whoever from the other tribe picks the same category, you will be pitted against them.
Now, Chichijima has an advantage here. They can choose to automatically win one of the categories no matter what. Tyson, as Chichi, is in charge of deciding what category to use this on and which one of the boys will get the auto-win. Be sure to make your decision on this in private... unless you want the girls to strategize around this, for whatever reason you may have.
First tribe to win a majority of the tasks will win Immunity. On a lighter note, one member of the losing tribe will be sent to exile by the team's parental figure.
Survivor's ready? GO!
I work night shift tomorrow and will be going to a movie, so I will not be around much after tonight. You can contact a staff member if you do not see me and they will be happy to host you. Well... they better be, anyway.
